Knee Fixin'
Last Wednesday my sweet Hubby was able to get his knee Surgery!! This surgery has been a wait and a half and it was definitely needed. In January of 2011 Wyatt went to play indoor soccer which was one of his greatest hobbies. He grew up on soccer and absolutely loves it, but on January 14, 2011 he was kicked right in the knee during a game which caused a tear of the ACL and meniscus. I've never seen him in such pain and at that moment I could tell by his face he knew it was a bad injury. Wyatt has not been able to play soccer since, and has had problems with it off and on since the injury. Unfortunately, Wyatt was unable to get surgery until last Wednesday. Due to insurance it took us awhile to finally make it happen, but it finally did and now he is on the road to repair! SO GRATEFUL for INSURANCE and so grateful for Dr. Hanson, which has the reputation of being the best knee doctor in the valley! Wyatt starts Physical Therapy tomorrow and has been recovering quite well. He had the opportunity to have a CPM machine at home to help with circulation and rehab! Here he is only hours after his surgery back at home ready to recover!!
It has actually been pretty nice taking care of my husband as much as possible. I am so happy that my Mother-in-law has been able to come take care of him while I am at work and spend time with him so he isn't lonely! Since Wyatt will be out of work for a few weeks, it will be nice to spend some extra time
together before the baby comes ;o) Maybe that is the selfish side of me,
but it has been really nice just having extra "us" time.

Cucumber
Baby Christiansen is the size of a Cucumber :o) About 15 in long and 2.2 pounds! I can definitely tell she is growing!

How far along? 26 weeks
Total weight gain: 17 1/2 pounds at my last doctors appointment.
Maternity clothes? Yes. I actually Love my belly bands!
Stretch marks? NOT YET! I hope they never come!
Sleep: Not too bad. I wake up at least once a night to use the restroom. There's no such thing as sleeping through the night anymore is there? ;)
Best moment this week: Feeling her move throughout the day. Wyatt, My Sister, Kenzi and her mom Dawn have all felt her kick. Seeing their reactions were priceless. My stomach looks so crazy when she rolls around.
Miss Anything? Probably just being able to fit into anything that is in my closet.
Movement: Our little girl is very active. I feel her pretty much throughout the entire day. Mostly late at night.
Food cravings: I love juicy fruits like mangoes, strawberries, kiwis, tomatoes (Biggest craving), avocados, CHEESE, I just love it all right now really! BANANAS- which is probably why I haven't been having leg cramps ;)
Anything making you queasy or sick: STEAK- I can usually handle ground beef surprisingly. Chicken most of the time. Meat in general is harder for me to eat right now depends how its cooked. Doesn't really make me sick, just absolutely do not want it.

Gender: Girl
Labor Signs: Nope and thank goodness way too early!
Symptoms: Kink in my neck that I've just gotten used to. Ab separation pain that I 've also gotten used to. Pelvic Pain which is minor, but honestly I can't complain. I've had a lot of energy throughout the 2nd trimester and can move around quite fine. Just starting to get some indigestion, but not too bad!
Belly Button in or out? In. I hope it doesn't pop out! Its half way there though!

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy :o) Lately, a little more emotional.
Looking forward to: Her arrival!! Mostly just enjoying the journey of pregnancy and spending as much alone time with my hubby as possible before she comes! :o) OH AND HOW CAN I FORGET- the 3D ultrasound which we will be getting on JUNE 8th!
